Boca Grande, Florida.
I'm in love with this place.
We first visited it about 4 years ago on a quick trip to Boca Grande. It was nearing the end of the afternoon and we had been to visit the lighthouse, and admire the view at the south tip of the island. After a pleasant couple of hours relaxing, we walked a little way up the beach and stumbled across South Beach Bar and Grille.
It was around 4pm, and the late lunch diners had all but left and we were drawn in by the adirondack chairs that were dotted about. A cold drink turned into a delicious three hours spent enjoying the food, and the amazing scenery.
Fast forward to this year and after being couped up during lockdown we decided to venture out, and picked Boca Grande for a long weekend. I won't lie, that restaurant played a big part in that decision.
